What I need in particular is the human body itself to surround the "anatomy details", the spine (or maybe the whole skeleton) and the brain. Nervous system might be nice, but is not really needed. I'd like to use this to illustrate several meditation techniques, so what I would add to that model would be the chakras, the shushumna, ida and pengala. It would be nice to be able to put the whole body into a sitting or standing meditation position (the "standing meditation position" is actually not for meditation but for a healing technique ;-) ). Aside from some animation in the meridians (shushumna, ida and pengala), and putting the whole body into that position, no animation is really needed. Possibly, breathing might be useful, though (but this may have to be "exaggerated" significantly to be useful). I did a little google search and found the following source which seem to be quite interesting... However, I'd appreciate it if anyone would share their experiences with different 3D anatomy models used in Realsoft 3D. Another, more general question would be which format is most suitable to import into Realsoft 3D? 3DS seems to be most common, but does it also work best? Kind regards, David PS: Please apologize if this post goes to the list twice. I've tried sending it but didn't get it back from the list server, possibly because I'm subscribed with a very old e-mail adress of mine. So, I've subscribed again with my current mail adress and resent this... ============================================== Anatomium 3D The A1 Data Set (V 2.2), Price range: $99 to $349, 9 to 540 Parts http://www.anatomium.com/n-a1.html 3D Models shop Several different sets ranging from $25 to $350 or so... http://www.3-d-models.com/ 3DScience.com, Pricerange around $15,000 for full male body with organs http://www.3dscience.com/3D_Models/Human_Anatomy/index.php -- Wir sind garantiert frei - wenn wir uns nur daran erinnern!
