I got too soft transitions when I tried bitmaps. Maybe it is possible with
bitmaps by using HDR images. But Mark is a specialist in that area ;)

I did a show all messages from sender, but I could only find your question
about the random colortile which is in the Realsoft library. Anyway I was
more thinking of influencing the basic color as chosen in the color tab. In
that case I can still use it in the same way as at this moment. The same
material for purple and orange tiles. I think I'll have to change the setup
of the material. It's probably easiest to use the brick shader. Kind of the
same way as I randomized the floortiles. If you remember that material. But
maybe the provided random colortiles material is a good base to start with
too.
