I took a look at the project file and fixed the material a bit: it now uses a curve to control the sharpness and it works with shadow casting lights. Place the 'eye' lights inside the visor to get the proper effect. You might have to boost the light brightness quite a bit, I had them at 5. Also add a bit of green and even a bit less blue to the light color to get the orange-ish highlights you see on photos. You might have to tweak the light falloffs a bit to get a proper effect (the 'eye' that's farther from the camera tends to look too bright).
