Thanks for the info.  I'll look into possible delay issues and give you an 
update on what I "plan" to build in Jan.  And yes, I will definitely be running 
XP 64 bit for max performance.  This will be build as a work machine, but I'll 
do a dual boot for regular XP so I can take advantage of a new game or two.

The main reason I'm waiting for the new Q9450 is the extra 4MB shared cache 
(12MB total) and the new power saving features; oh yes, and the boost in 
performance from the drop down to 45nm :)  From tomshardware reports I've read, 
this thing should OC easily up to 3.4 or 3.6 GHz on air.
