Yes I try this solution but 

-if my config is :

templates /example1
templates /example2

and in the role
deny   /modules/templates/*
read   /modules/templates/example1


and i my page 1 has template example1
              page 2 has template example2

BUT if I click by mistake on the template for the page 2, it's change and i
don't recup example2.

That's why i would disable template choice of certains pages... It is
possible ?
