Yes, we have this problem on all of our magnolia 4.0 systems, Tomcat and Jetty.

My lokal System: 
- Win XP
- project built with maven
- jetty 6.1.11 is started using  maven and jetty plugin
- JDK 1.6.06
- Browser is FF 3.0.6

The Staging system: 
- Linux: Debian Etch VM
- Webserver: Apache 2.0 
- Servlet-Container:Tomcat 6.0.18 
- JDK JSE6 Update 11

Could you provide more details about your systems (OSs, versions,  
versions of the containers, ...)
