Hey Teresa,
i think something is wrong indeed.
When I go to : http://127.0.0.1:8080/ and select Go to the published
website,
then I need to login again and I don't see the public website. When I
login as superuser I need to download these templates again.
However I just installed the templates under magnoliaAuthor, or do I
need to install them twice??
The file magnolia-standard-t~1.0-rc3-bundle.zip doesn't give me hints
where to install, I assumed teh Author instance
because that is where I manage the site.

Ahh ok,
I was under the impression that the page I was seeing was also part
of the content management and I was under
the impression I could edit this. SHouldn't there be a warning
issued about this condition?

3 and Website menu
Hey All,
I am investigating Magnolia for our web-portal that needs to be build
and
downloaded Magnolia 4.0 RC3.
The installation process on OSX was a snap and I only had to increase
memory to 1GB in tomcat
and install the updated modules as suggested by Magnolia.
However whenever I go to the pagetree under Website I just see the
frontpage of the install site,
there is no way as far as I can see I can see the pagetree.
The demo website found here : http://demoauthor.magnolia-cms.com/
does show the pagetree correctly when I click on the Website icon.
Is RC3 incorrect or is there something fishy going on on my end?
The logfile doesn't show anything un-usual except this:
