Don't you think there's a higher chance that it's the cache manager
and its underlying cache that might discard your data after a while ?
Unless you've actually seen it happen with other components and/or
witnessed the re-instanciation of a CacheManager instance ?

It seems that *sometimes* it recreates the CacheManager instance.
Maybe it is concerned with the Garbage Collector?
