Hi Paul, there should be no issues with activating to the cluster. The only difference when activating to the cluster in comparison to activating to a set of non clustered public instances is that when activating to cluster you should configure only one node from the cluster as a subscriber rather then all the nodes. If you have problems with activation, could you please create jira issue to describe the problem and attach the log files with the errors?
