Look under modules/form/paragraphs in adminCentral. There is a
template called "form". Under "formProcessors", you can see classes
declared, which are executed after the form is submitted.

What you have to do is create a new form in adminCentral (or copy that
one) and declare your own form processors in that template.

If you step through the form models methods (by default
info.magnolia.module.form.paragraphs.models.FormModel), you will see
how the whole process works (validation, execution, call to processor
classes).
