Hi Danilo,
I see the warning in the logs that you describe in MAGNOLIA-3447, but it 
doesn't prevent me from installing and running Magnolia. Can you please 
describe there what exactly have you done that it stops you from running? Also 
the warning occurs only on fresh installation, but not during the upgrade as 
you claim in the ticket.

This seems like you are missing some of the class or running an old version of 
it.
Can you please confirm that you have updated all the modules to match versions 
distributed in 4.4/4.4.1? If you don't find anything please paste listing of 
your WEB-INF/lib  to pastebin.org or similar and post the link here.
Also please try to recompile your custom modules against Magnolia 4.4/4.4.1
