Hi Lee,

it looks like you didn't define your build goal.
Apart from that i suggest doing the initial build in the command
prompt because sometimes the plugin just freezes and doesn't give
informative feedback etc.

To build your project, go to the project's root (where the pom.xml
lies) and enter the following:

mvn clean install -Dmaven.test.skip=true

You can also add a "-e" for more detailed information.
