for basic things migration should be very simple ... just add ee modules to 
your war, and upon installation enter the license.
However some configuration in EE is per site, so if you have configured say 
i18n in CE, you would need to do this configuration in EE again or reconfigure 
EE to use the settings you created previously for CE.

As long as those CE have same configurations it should be painless. If they 
differ then again you will have to reconfigure each site in your EE instance.

Either way, I suggest at least in test runs you do *not* use autoinstall 
feature and pay attention to warnings/infos from install screen. It should 
guide you through what needs to be done.
