IT is possible to add custom repository and use it for managing the assets. For example SimpleMedia module does so if I'm not mistaken. However it is not possible to just copy the DMS repo and have it appear in AdminCentral twice. Can I ask what is the reasoning behind that request? Isn't it enough to just create 2 folder structures in existing DMS repository and give each different rights (assuming the separation of user access and content visibility is what you are trying to achieve)?
