Hi Radityaputra Rahardjo, It sounds to me like you are asking about system architecture. I don't think anyone will really be able to help you if you don't explain your requirements in more detail.
Magnolia can be integrated with other web applications in many different ways: - The integration may leave the separate components as separate Applications, but connected with single-sign-on. - You could use magnolia to load data from another web-application, for example by SOAP or REST, and use magnolia's rendering and templating mechanism to display this data, perhaps in combination with CMS-maintained data. - You could use magnolia to provide data to another application, in the form of rendered HTML or XML content. - The applications could use the same data-store (Magnolia's JCR), with magnolia writing content and the other application reading content. - etc... As you can see there are many options. What is best for you depends on your exact needs. Let us know more about what you need to do, and then someone might be able to give you some pointers on how they solved a similar problem.
