I don't think those are enough. Magnolia itself uses many other libraries. If you use maven to build your project it would be easier to overlay your war file with magnolia-empty-webapp. If not, download the empty webapp from our maven repository [1] and add all the jars from it. On top of that you would want to add the blossom module as well.
in web.xml you need to add magnolia filter. See web.xml of the empty webapp for details. Then, once you install Magnolia, you need to setup bypasses for any urls that you would want to be taken care of by the old app. For more details look at the documentation [2], wiki [3] and at the blog posts about blossom module by Tobias.
