please put the complete log from the installation on pastebin.com or similar service and link it from here. One line from the logs is not enough to give you good advice. If I had to take wild guess tho, I would suspect that you are missing some dependencies (3rd party libs) or you are not installing some module that you had in your previous installation. Listing of WEB-INF/lib before and after upgrade would also help.
