MockNode is meant for testing only, hence the package 
info.magnolia.test.mock.jcr.MockNode
You should not work with it anywhere else except in junit tests and it's 
certainly not foreseen to be able to persist it in real repository.
Perhaps you can elaborate on what are you trying to achieve so others can point 
you to right documentation or code example.
