Hi Tullio,
sorry for giving you a hard time on this one - this is really only a Developer
Preview and many things, in particular many apps, are still missing. The only
apps working are Pages, Contacts and Messages.
To add a user, you have to go to good old, but tucked away AdminCentral
available on:
http://localhost:8080/magnoliaAuthor/.magnolia/pages/adminCentral.html
