We updated the cache documentation recently and it is nice to see direct evidence that it helped. Looking at your question again, we realized you may have searched for "turn off caching" - whereas all you actually needed to do was "exclude" the page from cache. For the sake of more effective search results, we will be updating the documentation to include 'turn off cache". Thanks for that. Feedback always welcome.
