And it was happening just when deleting files, folders got delete (marked as deleted) without any problem, maybe it has something to do with the files being stored on a file system rather than in a DB? I also pasted [url=http://pastebin.com/uKxY5Jc7]my config of the shared repository here[/url], maybe there's something wrong there.
