Hi Kevin, Your English is fine, no worries. The folder location is correct for the author system. For the public system there is a separate cache folder under webapps\magnoliaPublic\cache. The location is configurable via the magnolia.properties file.
The cache file format is given by ehcache, which is the cache-api used by magnolia. See: http://ehcache.org/ The cache file format is internal to ehcache, and I doubt very much that you can change it or modify information contained in it directly... To clear the cache you can delete the cache folders while magnolia is stopped, or use the cache tools page in the backend if magnolia is running.
