I'm using LDAP connector with an external LDAP Server (Oracle OID). The user logs correctly but no group are assigned and then it shows again the login page. The debug log shows INFO info.magnolia.jaas.sp.ldap.ConnectionFactory 21.02.2013 10:52:06 – Trying to log in as cn=test user,ou=test,ou=ou san lazzaro,ou=ad,cn=users,dc=furla,dc=dom with a password. WARN info.magnolia.cms.security.PermissionUtil 21.02.2013 10:52:06 – no permissions found for [info.magnolia.cms.security.ExternalUser@2ca0d665] I verified group names between LDAP and Magnolia many times and they are correct in spelling. Another strange thing : . I migrated to LDAP from a test installation where few users are present . one of thees users has a trivial name "test" with its groups . test exists also in LDAP with a different password . if I connect with test it works and I can connect using the LDAP password but the group definition of the user present in Magnolia Tks
