Hi Will, we already got into this issue but so far were unable to actually reproduce it. Can you please describe how did you run into it (upgrade only?), if you can reproduce it again (also after restart) or at least use case during which this happened (from the description it seems it's pretty regular after the upgrade)? Did it cause any issues apart of that exceptions? Thanks
