Hi Thomas, You can clear only a single workspace by deleting it from the repository (make sure magnolia is shut down):
- delete the workspaces/data folder - if you use mysql or another external DB, delete any DB content (there should be 4 tables whose names begin like "data_") When you restart magnolia, it will recreate the data workspace for you. While running the python script again the output reads "File /path/to/app/custom_nodetypes.xml is already converted." Nevertheless the upgrade mechanism gets stuck as mentioned above. We verified the custom_nodetypes.xml as per release notes ( http://wiki.magnolia-cms.com/display/DOCS45/Release+notes+for+Magnolia+4.5.9 , Manual update ) and found it to be correct. Furthermore we tried to use the snapshot as suggested in ( http://forum.magnolia-cms.com/forum/thread.html?threadId=3b14cb12-4b2f-4b54-83c3-1471ca157c7b ) but since this is dependent on 4.5.10 that is not working either. Now we're stuck and can't upgrade which starts to get an issue for the concurrend modification problem in 4.5.8 Hence my question: Is there a way of getting rid of _only_ the data module repository? My idea would be to drop it and start completely new, since we really need to move on.
