Hello Rogelio, the issue is probably caused by DB attempt to open more files than your system allows (problem of UNIX based systems). Please see http://documentation.magnolia-cms.com/support/troubleshooting/known-issues.html#Toomanyopenfiles and http://wiki.magnolia-cms.com/display/WIKI/Too+Many+Open+Files and set the limit accordingly.
