I've had a look to the source as well, and you're right it seems to be a problem while reading an existing node. The ACL role I try to bootstrap already exists, my operation should overwrite it with a new definition. The code tries to read it first and it fails, that causes the thrown exception (if I can't read a node I can't replace it). I thought it could be a permission problem. The thing is, I can't figure out why it fails ! If you say the bootstrapping is done in system context and I normally can't get any permission related problem, it should be something else. But what ?
