Hi Roxana, as soon as I can understand from your log files, your activations failed because of node locking. Node locking can be caused by a lot of issues. One of them, is for sure a corrupted / non-consistent jcr workspace.
To fix it, the Tools module is your friend, but... sometimes, using it is not so straightforward. Just an example: if you find an orphan node, you can remove it.. but the removing procedure is "by UUID", it means "one node by one". If you have 100 orphans, you need 100 fixes (100 reboot + 100 command line actions..). I see you have 3 additional options: 1) Use the synchronization module. It will reactivate the content from author to only your public. More infos here: http://documentation.magnolia-cms.com/display/DOCS45/Synchronization+module 2) Delete your Jackrabbit indexes and rebuild all from database tables. 3) Completely empty the "broken" workspace and restore it from a working one, cloning or export/import xml I am not sure that those 3 options suit your case, but if I were in you I will give them a try.
