Hi Jakob0, since: 1) in your delta builder you are bootstrapping xml from "/mgnl-bootstrap/my-module" 2) Magnolia during module first installation automatically bootstrap xml files under "/mgnl-bootstrap/my-module/*" (even nested folders..)
are you sure your delta builder is really triggered? Try to add a different task (WarnTask is enough) and see.. from my experience, it should not be triggered.
