As nothing works i am down to this approach, which loads fine, but then results in PermGen out of memory exception. http://pastebin.com/QWgDRH03 I know i am doing something completely wrong, but usage of initRootWebApplication and initDispatcher since now leads me to nirvana. i would be pleased if anybody will have a good hint for me next week !!
