Hi Yves,

Ok, following this thread I understand a bit more where you are going.

While I know Spring, I don't know Spring Social, so please bear with me while I
try to understand what you are trying to achieve.

It looks to me like you have the following:

- you've created your own workspace and node-type. (that's advanced stuff!
consider using mgnl:contentNode, then it is more likely that you will be able
to use magnolia's helper functions when dealing with the node. mgnl:contentNode
nodes can have any properties you want)

- you've got a blossom template controller which you want to use to display
some data from your workspace --> no problem. Take a look at the NodeUtil and
PropertyUtil classes in magnolia. They will help you read nodes and properties
from JCR. Take a look at the ContentMap class. it will let you treat a Node
like a Map of properties, very handy.
MgnlContext.getJCRSession("workspaceName") will get you started with a JCR
session.

So now what I still don't really understand is your use-case, what are you
trying to do with spring social? Are you trying to get a login via facebook
working?

Regards from Vienna,

Richard
