Hi Raghav, No, it currently doesn't. In magnolia 5 you can access content via the rest interface.
If you want to get complicated, you can set up your JCR repository via JNDI. In that way you can access the repo from multiple java apps, and could write a small layer which exposes the repo via RMI.
