Davide, some artifacts of 5.2 might be _downloaded_ so that Maven can resolve the whole dependency tree. That doesn't mean these end up in your build. Not all Magnolia modules are necessarily re-released for every versions, so some version of foo-bar might depend on baz-kuq 5.2, eventhough your build uses baz-kuq 5.3.
Is your resulting build (your war file) actually containing wrong dependencies ?
