[magnolia-user] Bootstraping Action bar definitions not working

[Mexicurios (via Magnolia Forums)]

I have created an actionbar definition for a category folder but for some 
reason the actionbar is not applied to my list. Is there anything else besides 
adding the devinition I need to do to have this working? Here is my xml on my 
file
