As far as I can tell there really is no way to format the message. Whatever you pass into the message will be printed encoded. The only thing I can see to do is write your own message view implementation. Have a look at the current implementation here [code]info.magnolia.messages.app.MessagesViewImpl[/code] for inspiration. Other than all I can suggest is an email solution. As of now the Pulse is more of a light-weight messaging system. Maybe that could change in upcoming versions.
