Hi, Mateusz! The configuration is a file in WEB-INF/config/repo-conf folder, which one depends on a configuration in your magnolia.properties file (usually the WEB-INF/config/default/magnolia.properties). The credentials are in the magnolia.properties file, too.
Anyway, I don't think it's a good idea to access, and especially *update* the repository directly, unless you are an experienced Magnoia developer and know exactly what are you doing. I would recommend to use either Magnolia Java API, or Magnolia REST API to do what you need.
