Hi Jozef, issue is indeed fixed and code change is currently sitting on a branch. Due to the nature of the changes it is not anything that can go into minor version. The fact that it is already resolved and waiting for until we start working on 5.5 should make you more confident about the change. You are also free to look at the branch, pull and build the fix and test it locally if you are fine with the API changes it brings. If you do so, please report back should you have any comments/improvements for the code.
