Hi Kris, Sorry to hear you're having trouble. I've just tested with the CE 5.4.5 with magnolia.develop=false and my changes to YAML and FTL files are picked up correctly. Can you reproduce the problem on a fresh install, and provide the details on how you could reproduce the problem? Just an FYI: Yaml configuration was introduced in 5.4.
