Hi Heike, Well this is just the way Jackrabbit stores nodes and properties through so-called "bundle persistence managers", mostly for performance reasons compared to older PM implementations. The easiest way to read the repository in human ways remains via the JCR API.
There's a bit more overview at https://wiki.apache.org/jackrabbit/PersistenceManagerFAQ, such as below:
The bundle persistence managers are usually the fastest. Bundle persistence managers store each node together with all the properties as one unit. Large binary properties are stored to the BLOBStore by default (or DataStore if configured).
Cheers, Mika -- Context is everything: http://forum.magnolia-cms.com/forum/thread.html?threadId=ae93f7fa-3ad4-4d93-a00c-dc8a26ffa980 ---------------------------------------------------------------- For list details, see http://www.magnolia-cms.com/community/mailing-lists.html Alternatively, use our forums: http://forum.magnolia-cms.com/ To unsubscribe, E-mail to: <> ----------------------------------------------------------------
