you should change the web.xml in */tomcat/conf/web.xml
then search for 8081 and change it

if your want to change the magnoliaPublic or magnoliaAuthor,
I think you can change the directory name if Boris Kraft not
write hard code in it.

another solution ,you can new a cfg file in /tomcat/conf/Catalia/conf/
you-want-app-name.xml

then write something on it.
