Haven't seen error messages like that, no.
If you have a look inside magnolia's WEB-INF/config/default/repositories.xml
you'll see references to configuration files in WEB-INF/config/repo-config. Some
of these configurations are no-search because their repositories lack a
searchindex. Try (proceed with caution for prod sites!) changing references in
repositories.xml to the equivelant no-search configs. Not sure if this has to be
done before bootstrapping to have effect, though.
