Hi James

Even if the messages aren't nice they are 'normal' for the RC2 and so far not critical.

Do you get any messages during the saving process?

Else I suggest that JBoss (I have hardly any knowledge about it) does unpack the war file again during the startup. This would mean that the repository (content) is overwritten and therefore your changes lost.

You may try the following:

A) avoid the re-unpacking (how ever this is done in JBOSS)

B) reconfigure magnolia to store the repository in an other place
  - WEB-INF/config/default/repositories.xml

Would be glad to hear about your progress

Philipp

I have installed and tested Magnolia 3.0RC2 under JBoss 4.0 running under Windows XP. Everything seems to work normally, except that any changes made are not permantently stored to the repository. I can change a page and move the changes to the public instance, but once I stop and restart JBoss my changes are lost. I have noticed that when I activate the changes to the public instance I get the following error messages in the log:

Is this a known bug? or is it possible there is something wrong with my configuration?
