There is no simple reply, as the APIs etc. have changed.

To start, I'd try setting up an instance of Magnolia 3.0, exporting your
sites from v2.x, and importing them to 3.0. Then you'll need to copy of your
template JSP files, export and import the template definitions, and update
your template code wherever the API changes affect it (usually made clear by
errors when you try to display a page).

Alternately, if you have a budget, Magnolia Corp has some upgrade tools
available commercially, though even using those, you'd likely need to update
your custom templates.

Hope that at least gives you a place to start.
