Thanks for the information. I tried these instructions but somehow the configuration was messed up completely. It continued giving problems while publishing new content from Author to Public Instance. Finally I went the (relatively) quick and dirty way : 1. Exported all the templates, dialogs and paragraphs created in the old Magnolia instance 2. Redeployed default MagnoliaAuthor and MagnoliaPublic wars from downloaded bundle. 3. Imported all the stuff from XML's created in Step1 Luckily I was not having lot of stuff developed so I was able to take that route. But I suppose that there should be some easy way to get Magnolia working correctly in such a scenario. Hi, I was using magnoliaAuthor Admin webtool and accidentally deactivated server (in Configuration tab). Now my MagnoliaPublic instance is deactivated as well and am not able to activate/deactivate any of my pages. Any attempt to activate the server node again throws up following error message : Not able to send the Activation Request : .../magnoliaPublic/ActivationHandler : no contentType How can I get the things working again ?
