Hi list,
We just introduced a new feature in Magnolia, which will be part of
the upcoming 3.1 release: Paragraph renderers. This will allow you to
develop custom renderers and choose how your paragraphs are rendered.
No longer tied to jsp! Yay!
We just uploaded snapshots on our maven repository ( http://
svn.magnolia.info/maven/snapshots/ ), so I'm writing this mail to ask
the most temerarious amongst you if they wanna give a shot at it. The
current implementation should transparently replace the 3.0 one, but
maybe some of you have made crazy templates which will cause
problems, and I'd like to hear about that. A free Belgian beer to the
first person who manages to break this ! (to be consumed here in
sunny Basel, or postal charges not included :p)
Anyway, thanks for reading this. Feel free to come up with feedback,
suggestions, ideas or criticism on the feature !
