yes, for Magnolia 2, the DMS was a commercial add-on that we
contributed to the community edition with version 3.0

we could dig it up if you are interested in buying it (it still has
some nice features that never made it to 3.0), but honestly, Magnolia
3.0 is a different beast. If you can, migrate to 3.0 and get the DMS
for free ;-)
