Hi Magnolians,
while my system crashed (a huge logfile brought my
server to his knees, what i didn't realise @ that
moment)the magnolia system wasn't accessible. i
thought something went wrong with my magnolia
instance. so i copied the magnoliaAuthor-instance to
the public-folder and configured it, so that it could
be used as public instance. Now i am facing the
problem, that my jcr is inconsistent (because of my
stupid behaviour ;-/, some nodes aren't found). So my
question is: is there a way to clean up the
repository, without setting up the whole application
again?
I am also interested in the naming-mechanism, that
runs during the 'activation'- process: Are the names
of the nodes (in the author site) just pushed to the
public repository or are they generated there?
