Can you verify all the magnolia jar files are present and readable by
tomcat? Specifically it looks like magnolia-core jar file might either
be missing, have bad permissions or is corrupt. Also are there errors
above that or are these the first ones in the startup process?

Hi, I am running Magnolia 3.02 and tomcat 5.5, and I am using the
DataSourcePersistenceManager. This has been running successfully for months
now, but i had some issues shutting down earlier and now i cannot start
magnolia webapps anymore. It claims it cannot find some class files.. I have
pasted the stack trace here
http://rafb.net/p/lMeoXZ81.html
Is this a repository issue?
