Okay then, in that case the import feature is not for you. You need
to build the site by creating each page with a magnolia authoring
instance. Which is not a bad thing since as you go along you can
also create any additional templates that you think you need to
tailor the appearance of the site to your needs.
An alternative is of course to use the EE version which through
SiteDesigner provides a great deal of flexibility in terms of page
presentation.
I just wanted to make sure I had stated it clearly before we
continued. I am to configure Magnolia to connect to our Oracle
database, and begin to determine how much work (and how to go about
it) would be required to move our site content.
