Hi Mona
Model 1 is used for Magnolia. I think you can get to the repository
that Magnolia uses via the bindName specified in repositories.xml.
It should be available via a JNDI lookup. In addition, Mangolia
should also be able to access a repository set up by the container
under this same name. Have a look at the source of
info.magnolia.jackrabbit.ProviderImpl.

Hello Magnolians,
As I've understood, Magnolia internally uses JackRabbit repository
implementation. According to various deployment models of the
repository
mentioned in apache website,
http://jackrabbit.apache.org/doc/deploy.html, which model is used for
Magnolia? I am asking this to see if I can use the same repository
from
my application deployed in the same server that Magnolia is
deployed in
(if "Model 2: Shared J2EE Resource" is used).
Thanks in advance,
Mona
